SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Regarding our Shipping and Returns policy, orders placed online are usually dispatched within 24 hours, or one working day of receiving them. Delivery dates will vary according to your location.
Upon receiving your package, carefully check the products with the enclosed receipt. Occasionally, the environmentally sound packing material inside your box can ‘hide’ and cover up smaller bottles. If there is a discrepancy, please email Customer Services within 24 hours of receipt – firstname.lastname@example.org
U.S. orders are sent from our U.S. fulfilment center and are usually sent the most efficient way possible, using USPS or FedEx. The system will automatically choose the quickest and most efficient way of sending all orders.
These orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All other orders to Europe, UK, Asia and other countries of the world are shipped from our fulfilment center in Europe, by courier and are tracked – you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery times can vary between 5 – 15 days depending on your location.
We are happy to refund any unopened items within 15 days of purchase – there will be a 10% restocking fee on all refunds and shipping costs either way are non-refundable. The following conditions apply:
- Only unopened, undamaged and unmarked products can be accepted
- Plastic seals must still be intact
- Returns must reach us within 30 days of purchase – the return address is provided when you receive the tracking information
- Please notify us of damaged parcels or breakages within 3 days of receipt
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for returning products.
- We recommend sending packages by insured post to ensure proper delivery
- A 10% processing and re-stocking fee will be charged
- Packages arriving in a damaged state, with bottles opened or broken will not be reimbursed
If you have ordered a product by mistake or have changed your mind, please email us first and we will provide instructions and an address where to return, based on your location.

Please include your full name, address order number and email with products returned. We will refund as soon as we receive the unopened products, minus a 10% restocking fee.
